“Just be yourself” - it's great life advice, but it's a terrible sales strategy.
People want to do business with others like them. The more you can be like "them," the more effective communicator you become. This high-energy and highly interactive session will concentrate on using advanced communication tools in order to increase your success at closing more business. We will cover body language skills training, advanced DISC personality profiling and other communication techniques used by the top 5% of salespeople today.
As leaders, if you would like to keep good employees longer, eliminate some of the "people" issues in your business, or simply want to communicate more successfully with others, this is the session for you and your team.

About the Speaker:
Kirk is a trainer, speaker and sales coach with more than 20 years’ experience in the areas of sales, management, strategic planning, interpersonal communications, and team building. With extensive roles in sales, sales management, sales development and ownership, he found great success, particularly in the areas of new account acquisition and business development.
Known for his experience in developing and training sales tactics and strategies, clients are coached how to win more sales, in less time, while creating a common sales language and culture for their organization.
Kirk is a graduate of Michigan State University, with a degree in Communications. He currently resides in Royal Oak, Michigan, with his wife and two children.

Cancellations received by this date will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee, with a minimum charge of $5. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received after this date; however, substitutions for another person to attend in your place are gladly accepted.
