How do you spend your time each day?  Is it on important topics?  Or do those urgent topics sneak in and steal your focus?

Leaders at all levels of an organization face a myriad of issues each day, but one of their most critical responsibilities is to step back from the urgent and focus on the truly important. They must achieve a balance between reactionary crisis mode and proactive planning.  This means pausing to self-reflect on how you, as a leader, are influencing behaviors to ensure the right outcomes.
