Ten Key Questions for Leaders: Moving from the Urgent to the Important

Priscilla Archangel, Ph.D.

Archangel & Associates, LLC

Program Summary:

How do you spend your time each day?  Is it on important topics?  Or do those urgent topics sneak in and steal your focus?

Leaders at all levels of an organization face a myriad of issues each day, but one of their most critical responsibilities is to step back from the urgent and focus on the truly important. They must achieve a balance between reactionary crisis mode and proactive planning.  This means pausing to self-reflect on how you, as a leader, are influencing behaviors to ensure the right outcomes.

Sign up for this workshop, also great for your team members and direct reports, to learn more about the 10 key important questions, that if properly addressed at an individual, team and organizational level, will strengthen your company's effectiveness.
